Assist in operation and general maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems;
Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair electrical problems and system malfunctions;
Coordinate and perform testing of electrical systems as required by codes;
Respond to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks daily;
Monitor work performed by outside contractors to ensure requirements are met and documented properly
