Job Description:

As an Entry Level Management, you will be the face of our company, working directly with business owners to help them understand what benefits can look like for both them and their employees by providing tailored solutions to ensure that the financial well being of their employees are handled. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in sales and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment in the financial world.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential businesses to identify their needs and promote our products/services. Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques is an advantage but not required.
