RequirementsManagers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, and reporting results.
Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, sales promotions are executed well, all service staff are trained in service procedures, and the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for best service.
Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: ensure great quality food, fast service, food safety, cost control, and kitchen staff receive training on production procedures and new menu items.
People Department Manager responsibilities: ensure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes and motivates crew throughout their tenure.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality. Positive team players with flexible schedules, a fun attitude and a passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment are sought. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
