Job Description:

Sign on bonus $10,000

Shift: 4x10s and on call

* Participates in direct patient care across geriatric, adult, adolescent, and pediatric populations, analyzing and interpreting patient-specific information to assess and reassess individual nursing care plans.

* Demonstrates critical thinking skills when interpreting changes in patients' immediate post-operative conditions.

* Communicates patient information to all appropriate caregivers to ensure effective continuum of care.

* Manages and interprets all patient monitoring devices in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) environment competently.

* Provides accurate, timely documentation, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver competent, effective, cost-efficient patient care.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$31.53 - $52.24
