Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments.
