About the Role
Exciting Opportunity:
Guest Attendant at Wood Spring Suites in Wesley Chapel, FL!
Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests.

- Front Office Operations:
Manage daily reservations, renewals, check‑outs, and check‑ins; review and approve front‑office paperwork and reports. - Guest Services:
Ensure guest needs are met, conduct tours for potential guests, and close sales; fulfill special guest requests such as linen exchanges. - Laundry Duties:
Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep the laundry area clean and organized. - Cleaning & Maintenance:
Vacuum, dust, and sanitize public areas; ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed. - Sales & Marketing:
Assist with in‑house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy. - Emergency Procedures:
Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests. - Other Duties as Assigned.
- Minimum of one year in customer service (hotel operations experience preferred).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive in solving problems.
- Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
