We’re seeking a licensed therapist (LMHC) (LCSW) or (LMFT) to join our team part-time (W-2). The ideal candidate is empathetic, clinically skilled, and passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges. You’ll work with a diverse caseload, providing individual therapy and contributing to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individual counseling to clients across a range of ages and presenting concerns
- Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other clinicians and referral sources as needed
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality
- Active Florida LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Availability for 10–20+ hours per week
