Job Description- Rounds with previous shift staff to receive report on care given to patients.
- Delivers care using the mission, vision, and value statements, incorporating patient‑centric behaviors daily.
- Promotes timely patient placement by following hospital policy for patient admission, discharge, and transfer.
- Provides care to patients in accordance with standards of care, including assistance with hygiene, comfort, and activities of daily living.
- Maintains patient skin integrity by turning and repositioning patients, preventing skin shearing, and notifying nurses of skin breakdown.
High School Grad or Equiv;
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement;
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body;
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body;
Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) - EV Accredited Issuing Body;
Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
