Drug & Alcohol Testing Trainer

Guided by a Master Trainer and supported by a skilled team, APS continues to provide high-quality training through its corporate office in Wesley Chapel, FL, and virtual classrooms.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wesley Chapel, FL, for a Drug & Alcohol Testing Trainer. The trainer will conduct engaging and thorough training sessions on drug and alcohol testing for both DOT-regulated and non-regulated workplaces. Key responsibilities include preparing training materials, facilitating training classes in-person and virtually, and staying updated on industry compliance requirements. The Trainer will collaborate with the internal team to maintain the highest standards for training content and delivery to clients.

• Strong knowledge of drug and alcohol testing procedures, compliance standards, and workplace safety regulations
• Proven experience in conducting training or workshops in a professional setting
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for preparation of training materials
• Proficiency in delivering virtual training sessions and workshops
• Experience in technical writing, curriculum development, or education is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting in Wesley Chapel, FL
• Relevant certifications and prior experience in the drug and alcohol testing industry preferred
