Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Client Support Specialist for an on‑site position located in Wesley Chapel. The role involves providing exceptional customer support by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The specialist will engage with clients to build positive relationships, identify and resolve challenges, and ensure their needs are met efficiently. Key responsibilities include problem‑solving, managing client communication, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction expertise.
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate, solve problems, and enhance client experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to professionally interact with clients and team members.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software or tools.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles is a plus.
- Advanced computer proficiency and IT troubleshooting also a plus.
