We’re growing our Service Loyalty Department and looking for an enthusiastic, people-first team member to help our loyal service customers explore exciting new vehicle options.
Position Overview:As a Service Loyalty Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our service and sales departments—greeting customers in the service drive and identifying opportunities for them to upgrade to a newer Ford vehicle. You’ll use our technological tools and proven process to offer real value while helping customers improve their vehicle situation. This role is centered on retention, trust and transparency-not pressure selling.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively approach and engage service customers during their visit
- Review daily service appointments and use data mining tools to identify high-opportunity guests
- Present vehicle upgrade options based on lease equity, trade-in value, warranty status, and manufacturer incentives
- Coordinate with managers for fast vehicle appraisals and pricing
- Set appointments, follow up with leads, and document interactions in CRM
- Deliver an exceptional, pressure-free customer experience
- Automotive sales, service, BDC, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong people skills—you’re outgoing, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic dealership environment
- Motivated by performance and helping others
