** Responsibilities
* ** Outbound and inbound customer phone calls
* Responding via email and phone to internet leads
* Determining each customers needs by asking the right questions
* Setting appointments for the Service Department
* Ensuring a positive customer experience
* Introducing customers to Service Advisors
* Entering customer information into the CRM
* Accurately scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability
* Maintaining strong attention to detail when updating customer records and service information
** Qualifications
* ** Customer focused, energetic, and self motivated individuals
* Experience in customer service or call center environments
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Bilingual Spanish is a plus
* Excellent computer skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Experience with Volie, CDK, and XTime is a plus
* Individuals who can address customer concerns promptly and professionally
