• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, e‑mail, text, and chat.
• Respond promptly to internet lead requests.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the service department.
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
• Be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
• Assist in generating reports and logs.

• Call center experience is a plus.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Automotive service experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills.
• Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions from the Business Development Manager.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivation and self‑sufficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Drive to exceed customer expectations.
