Part-Time Front Desk Reception

Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel is looking for Part-time front desk admin. We strive to make sure we are delivering a world class experience to our client's.

As a front desk adminyou will be responsible for in-store guest experience, handling guest requests, answering phones, anticipating their needs and delighting them with every interaction. We are looking for someone who is dependable and loves people.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls
• Determine each guest's needs by engaging in conversation and asking questions
• Represent the Fordbrand well by exhibiting exceptional customer service skills
