* Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.

**** Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
* Toyota brand experience, a plus!
* Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
* An understanding of the mechanical and technical
* Computer proficiency.

Experience with CDK a plus!
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Team player
* Polished and professional
* Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
