Adelphi is seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide instructional services in a school setting located in Tampa Bay, Florida. The ideal candidate will work closely with school administration to provide services to students in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Florida Special Education Teaching Certification
- One (1) year of classroom experience preferred
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet student needs
- Monitor and report student progress
- Collaborate with parents and school staff
- Maintain compliance with state and district education policies
- Any other duties as assigned
