Union scale per Bricklayers Local 1 of Missouri + Foreman premium

• Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and dimensions.
• Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units to construct walls, foundations, and other structures.
• Mix mortar and drywall compounds according to specifications.
• Ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of work.
• Collaborate with other team members and report to site supervisors.

• Assist Brick Masons in all aspects of masonry work.
• Mix and prepare materials for masonry work.
• Set up and clean job sites to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Transport tools and materials as required.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

• Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role in construction.
• Knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials.

• Previous experience in construction or masonry preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in construction.
