Position OverviewSECURITAS SECURITY SERVICES is seeking friendly individuals for customer service security guard positions. In this role you will serve your community, receive advanced safety training, and gain broad knowledge of our security solutions. Flex Officers receive specialized knowledge of high‑profile posts and may be considered for leadership growth.
Typical Flex Officer Objectives- Provide security for short‑term special security assignments.
- Support staffing during shortages caused by vacations, call‑offs, no‑shows, and holidays.
- Assist with start‑ups at new accounts, including training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Avail during weekends and holidays.
- Deliver high‑level customer service to clients and their guests.

- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Standard computer and technology skills.
- Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills preferred.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Comfortable conducting access control duties.
- Reliable transportation and communication.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work two different shifts (Day/Swing, Swing/Grave, Grave/Day).
