Position:
Senior Living Coordinator — Full Time

Location:

St. Charles, Missouri

Starting Salary: $50,000 to $55,000

Shift

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with rotating weekends

• Be an Empathetic Empathizer: understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with potential residents and family members during stressful and emotional times.
• Be a Communicator of Knowledge: ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately into the database and provide leads with necessary information on senior living and next-step options.
• Be a Lead Base Liaison: strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are catalogued in the lead base.
• Be a Hospitable Host: ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy.

• You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
• You shall possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You will be able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
• You must be criminally cleared.
• You must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Health screening by a physician within six months prior to or seven days following employment is required; must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of health screening.
