A Typical Day...
As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a H&R Block tax office, build client relationships, and support associates' growth and development.

Preferred Qualifications...

• Multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industry
• 2+ years as a Tax Professional

Responsibilities...

• Partner with District GM to develop growth plans and manage community involvement
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Handle escalated client service issues
• Ensure proper scheduling and conflict resolution
• Lead daily activities, ensure quality and deadlines
• Train and coach associates, lead team meetings
• Create schedules, manage timekeeping
• Prepare tax returns as needed
• Conduct performance reviews and resolve issues

Qualifications...

• Experience in customer service, shift leadership, or similar roles
• People management experience
• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing taxes)
• Continuing education compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently
• Customer-centric, resilient, and determined
• Flexible schedule and assignments
• High school diploma or higher
