Front Desk Agent Part time - Fairfield Inn & Suites:
Wentzville, MO
Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Wentzville, Missouri. You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests, complete registration procedures, assign accommodations, issue room keys, and provide directions and hotel information
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
- Ensure all required documentation and transactions are properly completed
- Perform end-of-day closeout procedures
- Generate and review daily reports
- Process reservations, including creating, confirming, and canceling bookings
- Accurately handle cash, receipts, guest accounts, and credit transactions, ensuring all financial records are balanced
- Minimum of one year of experience handling cash and financial transactions
- At least one year of prior experience in a hotel Front Desk or guest services role
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service
