Front Desk Agent Part time - Fairfield Inn & Suites:
Wentzville, MO

What We Are Looking For:

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Wentzville, Missouri. You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Welcome guests, complete registration procedures, assign accommodations, issue room keys, and provide directions and hotel information
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
  • Ensure all required documentation and transactions are properly completed
  • Perform end-of-day closeout procedures
  • Generate and review daily reports
  • Process reservations, including creating, confirming, and canceling bookings
  • Accurately handle cash, receipts, guest accounts, and credit transactions, ensuring all financial records are balanced

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of one year of experience handling cash and financial transactions
  • At least one year of prior experience in a hotel Front Desk or guest services role
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
