SUMMARY (Overall Purpose of This Position)
The St. Charles Campus Pastor role focuses on discipling individuals, developing leaders, and deploying teams to bring Element Church’s vision to life in the local context. The Campus Pastor will collaborate with Central leadership to implement ministry strategies, foster spiritual growth, and ensure a Spirit-led, guest-aware, excellence-driven weekend experience.
This individual will also collaborate with the Teaching Team for message development and preparation and will be responsible for teaching live at their campus 12–14 times per year.
Essential DUTIES, responsibilities, Accountabilities & Deliverables Campus Leadership· Serve as the primary pastoral leader of the St. Charles Campus.
· Lead and develop a core team of leaders to cultivate spiritual and numerical growth.
· Provide pastoral care and foster authentic community among attendees.
· Champion key initiatives and ensure alignment with Element Church’s vision and values.
· Grow the campus numerically and financially toward self-sustainability.
· Oversee campus operations, including budget management and administrative systems.
Team Element:Disciple & Deploy
· Help volunteers find their best-fit roles.
· Support and coach team leaders with tools, encouragement, and clear expectations.
· Lead weekly serve teams, cast vision, and ensure volunteers feel valued and equipped.
· Identify and develop high-capacity volunteers into leadership roles.
· Build culture and connection through team gatherings, prayer, and care.
Weekend Experience· Oversee execution of weekend services, including rehearsals, transitions, and atmosphere.
· Coach platform communicators and ensure excellence across all service elements.
· Develop leaders in worship, production, hosting, and guest engagement.
· Create a welcoming, Spirit-led environment that reflects Element Church’s standards.
Teaching & Collaboration· Collaborate with the Teaching Team for message development and preparation.
· Teach live at the St. Charles Campus approximately 12–14 times per year.
· Ensure message delivery aligns with Element Church Central outline.
Central & Campus Collaboration· Engage in active dialogue with Central teams to share wins, tensions, and feedback.
· Implement systems, structures, and resources designed by Central in the local context.
· Ensure alignment with church-wide standards while stewarding relational and logistical execution.
· Provide pastoral support for Element Church’s Central Care Department, which may include officiating funerals or offering care-related ministry outside of the St. Charles Campus.

· Minimum of 5 years of related ministry experience, including team leadership.
· Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred, with emphasis on Pastoral or Ministry-related studies.
· Proven ability to recognize talent, engage volunteers, and develop leaders.
· Strong organizational, communication, and relational skills.
· Highly flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Teachable, collaborative, and committed to personal and spiritual growth.
