Journeyman Refrigeration Tech

Albertsons - TH AVE NE - Responsibilities:
Make daily mechanical check on equipment in the Mechanical Room, Roof, HVAC, EMS systems, refrigerated cases and walk-ins;
Maintain all refrigeration, HVAC, EMS systems, electrical, and mechanical systems and make necessary repairs;
Performs preventative maintenance tasks, leak checks, inspections and records required information and maintains jurisdictionally applicable records;
Monitors preventive maintenance work done by outside contractors and notifies Area Refrigeration Manager of issues or problems with outside contractors;
Responsible for troubleshooting refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical and electrical problems, performing repairs, documenting solutions and recommending further action
