Pac Aero is primarily located in Wenatchee, WA with a remote manufacturing site, Bonded Metals, located in Sequim, WA. Working together, we employ proprietary technologies, best practices engineering, and specialized manufacturing techniques to produce hermetic connectors and electronic packaging that perform in the world’s most extreme environments. Pac Aero’s products are hard at work in medical components, such as cardiac‑function devices, on key aerospace & defense programs, in space and deep below the earth's surface.

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Their duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs with the building’s inhabitants. Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks. Starting job level and wage will be based on experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm
Primary Responsibilities- Work cooperatively with all employees.

- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements. Report hazardous observations to your lead or supervisor.
- Must be able to retain information and show continued progression towards a level II machinist role.
Maintenance Technician I Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped
- Assisted in performing routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Conducted regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Supported senior maintenance staff in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, gaining hands‑on experience in repair techniques.
- Maintained inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring availability for timely repairs and upkeep.
- Collaborated with team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Documented maintenance activities and repairs in logs to track work progress and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
- Responded to maintenance requests from staff and management, providing prompt and courteous service to enhance workplace conditions.
- Performs general and specialized maintenance and labor tasks daily as outlined by the maintenance supervisor
- Specialize in one or more building trades such as: carpentry, plumbing, electrical or other building trades
- Inspects, reports, records, and repairs safety related problems regarding facilities
- Lays out and inspects work, and assists crew members
- Cleans and maintains workplace, vehicles, and equipment in a safe environment
- Transports equipment, chairs, and furniture between buildings
- Operates power equipment, and electrically driven tools for maintenance repair
- Perform plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, carpentry, masonry, painting, electrical, and construction tasks
