Responsibilities- You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew.
- Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store image, adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality.
- Ensure store cleanliness and help drive profitability and marketing efforts as applicable.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions; effective verbal communication with customers and co-workers to process orders.
- Strong numerical skills, including basic arithmetic and the ability to make correct monetary change.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; strong eye–hand coordination.
- Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Capability to work under varied conditions and carry out duties that may involve physical tasks (lifting, climbing, standing, etc.).
Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
Essential Functions/Capabilities- Assist with product preparation, receive and process orders, and maintain inventory records.
- Operate store equipment and manage daily tasks to support smooth store operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional store image.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and in-store temperatures; handling food odors and cornmeal dust; operating ovens up to 500 degrees or higher.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and driving for deliveries.
- Pay range: $17.13 to $22.00 per hour
- Healthcare after 90 days (minimum 30 hours per week)
