QC Technician

Quality Technician

Location: Wenatchee, WA

Pay: $26/hr

Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM

The Quality Technician supports the manufacturing facility by performing inspections, tests, evaluations, and documentation to ensure product quality. With experience, the Quality Technician demonstrates proficiency across all primary responsibilities of the role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Measures, records, analyzes and interprets testing data of product for quality attributes in a production setting
• Actively participates, supports and performs training on the requirements of SQF, GMP and HACCP programs.
• Data entry and working within Microsoft Office:
  Excel, Word, etc.
• Assists in the planning, implementation, documentation and reporting results of routine sampling, trial runs, environmental testing, and prepares test samples.
• Prepares routine and special reports- including gathering, summarizing and interpreting data.
• Applies basic understanding of equipment and processes in resolving & preventing Quality problems.
• Advises production personnel of quality problems & works together with Supervision to develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints.
• Maintain laboratory and equipment
• Performs other related duties and tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a production setting
• Okay working with temperatures and noises
• Previous experience working within quality preferred but not required
• Willingness to train
• Strong experience with data entry
