Full-Time or Part‑Time. Shift Differentials are available for Evening and NOC shifts.

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care, including medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all aspects related to resident well‑being.

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, and medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing.
