Industrial Maintenance Mechanic I

Pay: $26 - $30/hour + $0.60 shift differential (dependent on experience)
Shift: 3:00 – 11:00 PM Monday – Friday (Must be willing to train on 1st shift)

Location: Wenatchee, WA

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic I is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of production equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while assisting with repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment changeovers. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools, technical drawings, and precision measuring devices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoots and makes minor repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
• Understands basics of blueprints.
• Uses all hand equipment and power tools.
• Assists in change overs; mold, cavity, cutter, and plate.
• Assists in preventative maintenance programs.
• Performs daily lubrication of production machinery.

• 1 year+ of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with tooling changes, troubleshooting, and pneumatic controls
• Ability to read micrometer and other measuring devices
• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to be trained
• Some electrical knowledge
• Understanding and ability to do basic math equations including: ratios, percentages, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time, as well as bending, stooping, and lifting.
