Wash Technician

Pac Aero's core businesses include an array of electronic connectors and housings for the world’s most extreme environments. Pac Aero is primarily located in Wenatchee, WA with a remote manufacturing site, Bonded Metals, located in Sequim, WA. Working together, we employ proprietary technologies, best practices engineering, and specialized manufacturing techniques to produce hermetic connectors and electronic packaging that perform in the world’s most extreme environments.

Pac Aero's products are hard at work in medical components, such as cardiac-function devices, on key aerospace & defense programs, in space and deep below the earth's surface.

Working under general supervision, Wash Technician I is responsible for cleaning components and assemblies through hand clean and equipment assisted processes. This role also involves performing visual inspections to ensure product quality and adhering to safety and production standards.

Schedule: Swing M-F, 1pm-9:30pm. (Will train for first couple months on Day: M-F 9am-5:30pm)

• Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements. Report hazardous observations to your lead or supervisor.
• Must be able to retain information and show continued progression of growth towards Level II.

• The ability to find and interpret Engineering Drawings to correctly determine requirements.
• Develop strong understanding of the quality requirements of individual components and the finished product.
• Learn to use the correct tools, equipment, Shop Processes (SP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required.
• In-process visual inspections under a microscope to confirm compliance with quality standards.
• Understand and adhere to parts handling best practices.
• Perform wash processes as directed by the Shop Process documents, Operation text, and drawing requirements.
• Able to detect failure of equipment and/or process result.
• Complete routine maintenance of equipment as assigned.
• Complete tasks in a reasonably timely manner.
