Engineer I: A great starting point for recent grads or career changers with foundational coding skills, looking to grow through hands‑on learning and mentorship.

Engineer II:
Ideal for professionals with 2+ years of experience who can independently contribute to system design, testing, and Agile delivery while mentoring junior peers.

Engineer III: A leadership role for experienced software engineers (5+ years) who solve complex challenges, drive technical strategy, mentor others, and help shape our modern Dev Ops and Agile culture.

The starting range for a Systems Software Engineer I will be $79,760 – $99,700, with a maximum opportunity of up to $119,640, with tenure and strong performance.

The starting range for a Systems Software Engineer II will be $90,960 – $113,700, with a maximum opportunity of up to $136,440, with tenure and strong performance.

The starting range for a Systems Software Engineer III will be $111,920 – $139,900, with a maximum opportunity of up to $167,880, with tenure and strong performance.

Introductory Period:
New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.
