Repair and Tool Technicians are responsible for the evaluation and repair of small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. They make equipment recommendations and ensure units are maintained. Technicians work in stores with Tool Rental Centers and in repair centers. In stores, they provide service to customers, including writing contracts and invoices, checking tool operation, and demonstrating proper use.

They also handle daily operation and maintenance of equipment. In non-store locations, they ensure units are repaired, tested, cleaned, and returned to the store of origin. Technicians must have thorough knowledge of tools and effectively manage tool inventory.

Tool Rental Service Technician: $21.50/hr
