We're offering a $2,500 sign‑on bonus for the right candidate.

• Full‑Time: $30–$40 per hour

• Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility
• Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident‑centered goals
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional therapy environment

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Skilled nursing or post‑acute experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and team‑oriented
