Answers telephone, schedules procedures and performs a variety of clerical duties.

Radiology Manager

Demonstrate Standards of Behavior and adhere to the Code of Conduct in all aspects of job performance at all times.

Required:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• BLS certified.
• Working knowledge of computers, accurate keyboarding skills, email communication and password management.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, completeness of work, and typing/keyboarding proficiency.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:

• Washington State Medical Assistant Registration.
• Previous clerical or office experience in an imaging or medical setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.

O = Occasional, represents 1 to 25% or up to 30 minutes in a 2 hour workday.

F = Frequent, represents 26 to 50% or up to 1 hour of a 2 hour workday.

C = Continuous, represents 51% to 100% or up to 2 hours of a 2 hour workday.

Working Conditions:

• Requires walking, standing, reaching above, below and at shoulder height. Requires bending, stooping, crouching, twisting, turning and repetitive movements. Lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye‑hand coordination for use of equipment. Requires eyesight correctable to a level sufficient to use all scheduling equipment, review diagnostic images, and complete associated paperwork. Depth perception is required.
  
  Required hearing correctable to a level sufficient to use the telephone and hear a patient speaking when your back is turned. The abilities to smell and to feel when touching are required.
