SummaryThe Organizational Improvement Specialist will play a key role in advancing our healthcare system’s performance and operational excellence. This position is responsible for leading improvement events and serving as a change management professional, applying PROSCI tools and methodologies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of improvement initiatives.

Demonstrate Standards of Behavior and adhere to the Code of Conduct in all aspects of job performance at all times.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Organizational Development, Nursing or Related Field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Healthcare improvement and/or change management.
- Experience leading improvement events and applying structured change methodologies.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
- Ability to obtain PROSCI Change Management Certification within first 120 days of employment.
Desired:
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
O = Occasional, represents 1 to 25% or up to 30 minutes in a 2 hour workday.
F = Frequent, represents 26 to 50% or up to 1 hour of a 2 hour workday.
C = Continuous, represents 51% to 100% or up to 2 hours of a 2 hour workday.
