Position Title: Senior Advisor, Certified Financial Planner
The Senior Advisor, Certified Financial Planner will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and enhancing the wealth management services offered by the bank. This position requires a professional who is adaptable to the banking model and willing to invest in building a client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a significant amount of assets while fostering client trust and satisfaction.
A focus on organic growth and community engagement while addressing the needs of an older clientele will be essential for success in this position.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities- Manage approximately $190 million in client assets
- Engage in strategic discussions to drive growth and adapt to changing client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on personalized service
- Assist in transitioning the wealth management approach from commission-based to fee-based
- Collaborate with a sales associate and evaluate staffing needs as necessary
- Integrate into the community and establish a positive presence among clients
- Address the specific needs of an older demographic, providing hands‑on support
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is required
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience with LPL and ability to hold necessary licenses is required
- Willingness to purchase a book of business if necessary is required
- At least 10 years of experience is preferred
