Position Overview:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our progressive outpatient behavioral health team. You ll work alongside a collaborative group of three Psychiatrists and eight Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in a 100% outpatient model with no call responsibilities.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: $300,576 $ 324,947

First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median; RVU production begins year two Signing bonus

Schedule & Setting:

Full-time outpatient position

Four-day work week available

No inpatient work or call duties

Epic EMR system used for all documentation

What You ll Need:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry Eligible for or ability to obtain an active medical license in Washington State Compassionate communication style to educate and support patients and families
