Situated along the Columbia River, approximately 2.5 hours east of Seattle and 3 hours from Spokane, making it easy to enjoy the amenities and opportunities of these larger cities while residing in a more relaxed and scenic environment.



Healthcare Organization: The health system was formed to create an integrated rural healthcare delivery system with 2 hospitals, multi-specialty care in 30+ service lines and primary care in 10 communities across North Central Washington. Community hospital with Level III trauma facility.

Opportunity: Seeking a Board Eligible or Certified Neurosurgeon for a full-time, General bread and butter position
Established practice with experienced APPs and support staff
Join two existing surgeons and four experienced APPs
General bread and butter cranial, spine, and trauma cases
Service Line consists of the Neurology, Neurosurgery, Rehabilitation and Sleep Medicine Departments
EMR is Epic
One-year physician partnership track

Compensation: Excellent starting salary range based on candidate's qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package includes relocation reimbursement, and signing bonus, medical and dental insurance, matching 401k upon start, and up to 11 weeks of PTO. Site eligible for federal, state and internal loan repayment. No state income tax.
