In-Home Health - Physician (Per Diem)-Wenatchee, Washington

Join Signify Health as an In-Home Health Physician on a per diem basis in Wenatchee, Washington. Provide high-quality primary care evaluations in patients’ homes and help connect patients to the right care.

• Conduct in-home clinical evaluations, including medication and medical history review, physical examination, and diagnostic tests as ordered.
• Use a clinical workflow on an iPad to complete each visit; visits take about 45 minutes.
• Provide all Signify Health services, including preventive services such as spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screening.
• Travel within licensed states and receive virtual visits as needed; flexible schedule.

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license in Washington; multi‑state licenses preferred.
• Able to cover Wenatchee and surrounding area.
• Experience in in‑home or primary care settings preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including travel and virtual visits.

Hourly base rate: $125.00 per hour. Additional incentive structure for visits completed and optional diagnostic services. Pay is subject to experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
