We’re looking for a friendly, energetic customer service representative to join our team at the 211 W. 5th Street还是假的 location. As a Customer itil, you’ll assist customers with orders, manage phone inquiries, and help keep our store running smoothly. Efficient communication, a positive attitude, and willingness to work nights and weekends are essential.

• You must be 16 years of age or older.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Operate a computer keyboard or touch‑screen to enter orders.
• Demonstrate good motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid, accurate movements.

• Stand for most tasks; walk on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces.
• Lift and carry deliveries up to 50 lb and stack onto shelves up to 72 in. high.
• Carry items weighing up to 30 lb (e.g., pizza sauce), small cans, and trays with brief handling.
• Push or pull dollies carrying trays up to 24–30 in. long.
• Stoop, bend, and squat occasionally to stock shelves or clean.
• Reach fore, up, or above 72 in. to operate ovens, change signs, and perform other tasks.
• Use hands continuously for tasks such as shaping dough, operating pizza peel, and assembling boxes.

• Pay range: $17.13 – $22.00 per hour.
