Contract RateThe hourly rate for this position starts at $28.25 per hour, with a top-step at $40.89 per hour.

Job Posting Energy Resource Conservation SpecialistOverview
This position is primarily responsible for providing customer facing energy efficiency and conservation service and for providing general administrative support to the Energy Development and Conservation team. The position also creates program records, coordinates incentive payment processing, and provides basic analytical program support in the development and ongoing administration of business unit plans and activities.
Responsibilities
Greet customers on the phone and in person. Provide standardized energy efficiency program information and respond to general questions. Provide information such as how to apply for rebates, or how to get additional information. Relay customer questions and contact information to program staff.
Provide general administrative support to the energy efficiency and conservation team. Process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for payment. Coordinate contract and professional service agreement updates. Make travel arrangements. Order and maintain office and program supplies. Perform data entry, make calls, and prepare correspondence or presentations, as needed.
Create renewable energy program customer records and coordinate incentive payment processing for programs such as SNAP, WA State Incentive Payments, and community solar projects.
Provide analytical and management support to department manager. Prepare data driven reports. Solicit, gather, and compile data and other narrative information from a variety of sources using word processing or sp
