A well established and growing fire and security contractor in London is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to oversee a range of commercial installation projects across the capital.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and forward thinking business with a strong reputation for delivering high quality fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control projects. With a healthy order book and continued growth, they are looking for a confident Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from handover through to completion.

You will work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

• Managing fire and security installation projects across London
• Overseeing engineers and subcontractors on site
• Managing project timelines, budgets and resources
• Attending site meetings and liaising with main contractors and end clients
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations
• Reviewing technical specifications and drawings
• Managing procurement of materials and equipment
• Ensuring projects are delivered profitably and to client satisfaction

• £55,000 to £65,000 basic salary depending on experience
