Multi-trade Operative

North London Unit are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to cover Wembley and surrounding areas. We want to hear from people who are truly passionate about making a difference to people's lives and the properties in which they live.

• You will be paid weekly, with a guaranteed 39 hour working week, as well as annual pay reviews.

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in a core trade.
• Experience in completing an array of tasks including wet trades, brickwork repairs, plastering, basic joinery and general repairs.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work alone.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards.
• Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
• Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential with a company van provided.
