We are seeking a professional and confident Female Security Officer to join our expanding UK hospitality security team. This role requires a woman due to duties involving female searches, privacy‑sensitive areas, and guest safeguarding requirements.

You will play a key part in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for guests, staff, performers, and VIP clientele

About the Role
Maintain a confident, professional, and approachable security presence throughout the venue.
Ensure the safety and protection of guests, staff, and property across hotel and theatre environments.
Carry out female searches in accordance with venue policy, safeguarding standards, and legal requirements.
Oversee access control, monitor entry points, and support all search procedures.
Conduct thorough internal and external patrols to identify and address potential risks.
Manage crowd flow and guest safety during live performances, events, and peak periods.
Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, ensuring calm and controlled resolution.
Produce clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports and maintain all required records.
Communicate professionally with venue management, staff teams, and emergency services when required.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel safe, supported, and welcomed at all times.

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence

Experience with in hotels, theatres, or hospitality venues
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication and conflict‑management skills
Smart, professional appearance
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
