Paralegal - Property Conveyancing

A boutique niche practice specialising in property finance, recovery, and litigation is seeking a proactive Paralegal to support its Property team. The firm provides expert legal advice on the sale of properties repossessed by mortgagees as well as the purchasing and sales of residential properties for individuals. You will assist fee-earners with a varied caseload.

• Case Management Support:
  Assist solicitors in managing caseloads involving sales of mortgagee re-possessed properties and the purchases/sales of individual residential transactions.
• Client Liaison:
  Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates.

• Qualified:
  You hold a Law Degree (LLB) or have completed the GDL, LPC, or SQE.
• Experience:
  
  You have at least 2 years' experience in property law, litigation, or debt recovery.
• Technically Savvy:
  Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced with legal Case Management Systems.
• Self-Reliant:
  Able to work under pressure to meet tight court deadlines with minimal supervision.
