About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a well-established site in Wembley. This is a Monday to Friday, days-only position offering excellent work-life balance along with long‑term career stability.

This role is ideal for a qualified engineer looking to work within a professional and supportive environment, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a busy building services contract.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults efficiently.
• Ensure all statutory compliance tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain and service plant equipment including HVAC systems.
• Support with general building services maintenance when required.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent service to clients and stakeholders on site.

• Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience working on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control systems.
• Fault‑finding experience on electrical systems.
• Knowledge of BMS systems and building services plant.

• Recognised mechanical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
• Experience working on HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and pipework.
• Strong mechanical fault‑finding skills.
• Experience with in commercial building services maintenance.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services maintenance.
• Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance procedures.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.

• £42,000 annual salary.
