A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a major £25M industrial project in the Wembley area. The role involves managing commercial aspects of the project, preparing and reviewing subcontract tenders, and ensuring contract compliance. Candidates should have experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally on large steel-frame builds, with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. Competitive salary between £60,000 and £85,000 plus package depending on experience.
