Job Spec

* Pay - £30,000 pa, Uncapped commission, bonuses, car allowance (after probation)

* Commission - 1% of Turnover brought on , 10% on perm fees (resourced by someone else)

* Start - March/April

* Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 (can be flexible with this)

Key Responsibilities

* Winning new clients and building long-term relationships

* Visiting client sites to maintain and strengthen partnerships

* Making strategic sales calls to generate new business opportunities

* Building and managing your own leads (both new and existing contacts)

* Developing and executing a quarterly sales plan with senior management

* Tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement

* Training and mentoring the team to maximize performance

* Identifying market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of competitors

* Work with senior management to allocate new clients to the best suited consultant

Essential requirements

* Proven track record in logistics recruitment sales

* Minimum 3 years experience

* Excellent negotiation skills

* Valid Uk Driving licence

* Punctual

* Results driven

* Team player.
