• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues reported by German customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain IP networks and solutions tailored to the needs of the maritime industry.
• Conduct regular maintenance and performance monitoring of network systems to ensure optimal functionality.
