A high-growth tech startup in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Head of SRE / Bare Metal Servers. The successful candidate will own the site reliability engineering strategy across large-scale GPU clusters, drive automation for deployment and management, and build a high-performing technical team from scratch. Ideal applicants will have proven experience in leading reliability teams, hands-on expertise with GPU and CPU clusters, and a strong background in incident management.

A competitive salary of $450,000 gross per year is offered.
